Well the 3 phase alternator, plus bifilar inductor, isn't doing anything exciting. So I'm going to single phase. I have a few transformers and capacitors I can use to make a series LRC. I can get the capacitor to ring without water, but as soon as I add the water it changes and I can't find the frequency. So Tjeerd Schouten has given me some info on the subject and I fee it should be passed along to you.

Speaking of finding frequencies I see Tony Woodside is making some PLL electronics. If they work properly it would be one of the many pieces of the puzzle to make this work. I'm also working on PLLs but I haven't gotten as far as Tony with the PLL.

Below is the single phase circuit I'm going to try with numerous capacitors filled with water. I have a 120VAC to  40KVAC power supply in route to try with ultra high voltage in the LRC.
