I think, therefore I am.

(sigh)... Well everything is working well on the Dodge I think. I'm so tired of washing grease, gasoline, and oil off myself every day. My skin is old looking, dry, scared, and some of my clothes are ruined. I think I got all the parts back on that should be on the Dodge. I think I got all the bolts tight. I think no fluids are leaking out. I think all the new parts are working as expected. I think the water misting system is working at 60psi correctly. I think the plasma spark and electrolysis is setup properly. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can!

I have skipped the electric in-line water heater and have only the copper tubing around the exhaust pipe to preheat my water. This is only for the present time. I do hope to get the electric in-line water heater from the welder next week, but I wanted to get some testing done because I'm tired of waiting.

I will put a water temp gage on the water misting system before I use it on the Dodge. I already see that there may be too many coils on the exhaust pipe and the water may get too hot (above 160*F) for the pump. I don't think the pump is made for boiling water or any of the other stuff for that case. So I need the water to be at or below 150*F. Maybe if all the tubing was ss, the tube cells were made of carbon fiber, and everything was made for high pressure hot water I would feel much safer. This should be done by Wednesday of next week.

I fixed my gasoline gage (inside the stupid gas tank) and rebuilt the carb on the Dodge last week. I flipped my fluids and greased my fittings. I found out the carb is a 600cfm Edelbrock 4 barrel setup for gas saving and daily driving, and is best used on a dual plane intake (which is the new polished dual plane, high rise intake I just installed). I read it right out of the Edelbrock manual. Dodge runs great!!! But it vapor locks all the time???

The exhaust on the Dodge is causing it to vapor lock when it is sitting still and at Red lights. I talked to a few people about rerouting the fuel lines, but I still come back to rerouting the exhaust makes better sense. The current exhaust snakes near the frame, my new transmission, transfer case, and the body because the truck was low to the ground from the factory, but the truck has been lifted and doesn't require such close tolerances for the exhaust pipe any more. First thing on Monday though is to lock down the big water container in the back on the Dodge and then get the exhaust reworked. I am going to take the tubing off the exhaust and use a transmission cooler to preheat the water (by placing it BEHIND the radiator) and just forget about the whole exhaust preheater setup pain in the ass.

So still a few more things to do, but...

I'll be making a test run on low grade (89 Octane) gasoline next week to get a base reading. Then I'll test low grade gasoline and warm water mist to get a base reading. Then I'll test with low grade gasoline, warm water mist, plasma spark, and electrolysis. I don't have a bypass circuit setup to test with plasma or electrolysis separately from each other, so either I test with both or neither.

The Big Test is finally upon us:

Then after those 3 tests WITH gasoline, I'll test with warm water mist, plasma spark, and electrolysis WITHOUT using gasoline.

PRAY TO GOD THIS WORKS ON ONLY WATER YOU GUYS!!! THIS IS THE BIG WEEK!!!

I'M FLOORED!!!

Monday--Exhaust work, water preheater on radiator, and lock down the water tank (if the holiday will allow it)

Monday to Wednesday-- water temp gage and reservoir for mister

Thursday to Saturday-- Some BIG Results I Hope!

Thank you so very much for everything Lord. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
