Warning!! Put brain in gear before putting mouth in motion.
I need a patent lawyer/ trade mark lawyer/ trade secret lawyer. Is there someone out there who can help me for free? I have to make sure I'm not swallowed up by a big company... I'm writing my own contracts and I'd like to know if I'm leaving something out. I need someone now...and I don't have time to look or repeat myself...who has a son or daughter that is pre Law?
The last push is happening right now. I've got some SS 304 tube that I'm going to attach to the Dodge. One tube is for the in-line water heater and the second tube is for the vacuum/misting chamber. I've already delivered the heater and ss tubes to the machinist and I'll call him next Monday for a progress report. The machinist has began welding stainless steel in the last 3 weeks, so I can get 2 things done at one place. Before I had to take my welding needs to a local machine shop and the guy raped me for stainless steel welds, but not any more. I need to get the machinist a 100$ for his time and effort even though he has never asked for a dime.
The Dodge is running great because it is sucking the gasoline...
There have been no improvements to the circuit and everything is working great. I'm just waiting on that in-line heater.
I rewound my first Diesel alternator this week. It is a beast! I bet it will put out at least 500 volts and 30 amps. I'm going to rewind another vehicle alternator to do the same...a little more amps and a little less volts and we'll see if there is an improvement.
I'm extremely broke so please make a donation!!! OR BUY SOMETHING!!!!
Thanks to everyone for their condolences. I had a long trip, visited family, and ate some crawdads and boudin sausage...
In Oregon crawfish are $6.00 a pound, only $1.50 a pound in Louisiana though.

I was under the impression that you are reproducing the devices covered by Stanley Meyer's patents, so I was surprised when I read this. But I can probably point you in the right direction for free. Email me for my telephone number. I went to law school some years back. Later I began a patent application for a commercial electric fishing reel. I designed it for deep drop hook and cable fishing like the Jap fishing boats do for giant eels. Then I found out that the Japanese routinely infringe on patents - "F*** you, round eye!" - and taking a claim to an international court of claims is an expensive crap shoot. So a licensing agreement would have been a better option. In my opinion, patents are expensive to obtain and expensive to defend. A better alternative is to construct a working prototype and outsource manufacture of the various components across a large number of suppliers. Then assemble a small in-house team for assembly and distribution. Your suppliers can't figure out what you're making 'cause they only see one little part. Your in-house team will have to sign confidentiality agreements in order to work for you. Be the first to the marketplace and already have your manufacturing and distributing infrastructure in place so you can blitzkrieg the market before anyone can launch a serious challenge. Eventually competitors will come, but if you keep up with your R&D, you can remain in the pole position.
Kevin wrote " I am, but even those patents don't tell all the little details...and when they do people can't seem to read the English, so I'm going to make it a trade secret so my investors/employees don't go spouting off at the mouth. I agree about the various suppliers, but I'm going to make 2 parts of a kit (not the whole kit). So I got to keep the company buying my parts from me and not making my parts for themselves (after they reverse engineer my parts). I need to make sure the NDA covers what they don't know and what I do know, the Letter of Intent covers their promises and intent as well as mine, and the Contract for 1000 orders (or more) should cover my ass to the hilt. I want to know if they are even solicited by a company offering a lower cost product and they are not allowed to invest in a direct competitor of mine (for those specific two parts in the kit)...even if it is themselves.. .for the life of the business relationship and 3 years persuant of a relationship termination. I get royalties if it goes international, but that is a different agreement all together. I show and tell everyone everything, but they either don't understand or don't want to understand. So like the Secret Sauce at McDonalds is cheap thousand island dressing, my secret sauce (trade secret) is hard work and attention to detail. Don't tell anyone this ok... ha ha ha."

I thought your plan was to publish your final design plans for free to save the world, run for president etc... Now you're going to patent this technology????
Kevin wrote " I'm can't patent the technology... its all public domian. Did you ever play PitFall? that old Atari video game.. you had to jump all the pits ...some had aligators...and there was one level that you had to actually jump on the aligators to get across....well this is that level. I have to jump on that gator's head to get across this last level. The reason I need a patent lawyer is because they will know how to keep my shit secret without making a patent or copyright...its called Trade Secrets.
Now I've told yall what to do and how to do it to car/truck alternators. But I'm going to keep the Diesel 18 wheeler alternators out of the picture because I want the trade secrets for that paticular setup. You know how McDonalds has a secret sauce that is just thousand island dressing..?? well my trade secrets are hard work and attention to detail. Everyone already knows this secret, but I apply it. And the lawyer is there to keep my "already known big secret" legaly mine from the companies I may do business with. I can give this shit away for free all day long, but people won't want it untill they have to pay for it... people are weird like that."
