55 Billion is spent a year on Fraud from inside the Government.
DOE, NETL, and VTP said they're not interested in a water powered vehicle and wont give me a grant.
There are no grants to apply for and the Unsolicited Proposal Department of the NETL said it wasn't interested (after 4 months). I have the official replies to prove it. And this is after the NETL got almost 2 billion more in grant money for "future" technologies just a few weeks ago...specifically $40 million for "water power". And they won't give me 100K... that is bullshit.
Oh well...now I have to concur there is something not right with the NETL, the VT, or the DOE. I'll have to fix it when I become President because I don't have the power to dink with it right now.
News:
I've got the Air Ionizer/Ozoneator on the Dodge 98% finished. I've ordered and I'm waiting on the UV LED rope from Hong Kong to show up.
I've wrapped my tube cells with the wire of the incoming voltage in an inductor fashion. The Neutral wire is wrapped opposite of the positive wire, but with out as many turns. 
I've made some water ionizers from some super bright Red and UV LEDs. I've put 1 before, 1 in the middle, and 1 at the end of the electrolysis tube cells.
I've finished a loop winding machine. Even though it looks cheap, I had to buy everything but the chair and it wasn't cheap (around 100$ for everything). I'm working on numerous high voltage alternator designs. The first being a 1000 volt alternator using 34 AWG wire (150 turns per loop, 13 loops per phase, 3 phases). The second test alternator will have 300 turns per loop. If the voltage doesn't go too high I can continue to use the 3 phase bridge already in the alternators. The bridge is good up to 1600volts/35amps.

I have gotten a few donations to finish up the project. I can't thank enough the few who have donated the final amount needed. So please be patient as I tweak and prime everything to fire up in 2 weeks or less. I have approximately 5 tests to preform and then it is only water for fuel if God's willing.

Kevin .... does it really surprise you that the "government" is not interested at all with anything associated with "free" or "cheap" energy. They have a vested interest in the status quo.
Example.... What ever happened to the Zigoras brother's system that ran 100% on water. The ZIG boys quickly said it was not pratical for a car because of the volume of water you needed to run a V8 for even 10 minutes and information on their system quickly disappeared from the web. If it was not suppressed by the government then why has the private company (who it is rummoured bought out the Zig boys) not done anything with it. That system running an off the grid stand alone generator it would sell like hot cakes.
NOW think about this, with the resources the government has at its disposal, they have access to the same patient information as you (and even other stuff that has been suppressed/confiscated in the name of "national defense" or "national interest") why have they not duplicated the work you are so close to succeeding at and why is it when you show them you are about to succeed why do they have absolutely no interest and will do anything to ensure you do not succeed with your experiments.... hopefully that last point will not come true and you will succeed and your hard work will not be suppressed/confiscated and you will not be forced into a cease and desist order. Lets not even mention the pressures/threats you will receive from the power/energy masters/owners of the world as your work threatens their future and cash flow. I believe it is these individuals that form the biggest threat to your safety and freedom more than the government.

And I hope you succeed very soon so the world can say F-ck you to those who have tried desperately for decades to stop what you are on the brink of achieving. Your name will go down in history as the "man" who gave free energy to the world. Which hopefully with prove to be for the betterment of the world and not cause its collapse as some would like us to beleive.

Kevin, your work has recently sparked my interest of water and I joined "Think Outside the Bottle", a campaign that challenges the Corporate Control of Water. Right now we are at odds with Nestle, the world's largest water bottling company. Last week, on the last day of Internation Water Week, I was blessed to see the meditating spontaneous psychedelic YaHoWha 13 play their last Aquarian Symphony of their recent tour. Djin, the guitarist/singer, not knowing about water week, was channeling water from YaHoWhaHHO (I like to add the extra H). I sent an Email to Sunflower, the Bassist about your site and he told me he was excited about the email because his son is working on an HHO car in Hawaii. Maybe he has contacted you... Money is not quite flowing at my end but when it does I'm interested in your warez, even to build a HHO booster that does not use electrolyte would stoke me, but I feel it is in the Stars that you will succeed with the watercar. We are entering the early stages of the Age of Aquarius afterall, and you seem to be the Man to materialize this. Stan Meyer and Tesla, along with Father Yod are looking upon your work and smiling! I think you already know this but I think that since the hydrogen burns faster than gasoline the ignition timing has to be changed.. some people said they put a resistor on their spark-distributor, also perhaps a flashback arrestor of some kind is a good idea? although the crappy ones doesn't allow that much flow..

Kevin, Its been a long time. You've made significant progress and I've been watching your posts less frequently. This last post is very impressive and the work you've been putting into your craft shows.
Consider going after grants with a less truthful approach. Maybe no one in any approval authority wants to hear "Water Power". With "GEET", "HHO", "Hydrolosys" and other inventions squashed the terminolgy of "Plasma" and "Water" etc are marked. Instead, see if you can't play thier game and call it something like "Hydrogen Efficiency Study", or "BioFuel Research". "Natural Gas"... Hydrogen is technically a "Natural Gas". In your study postulation you may have to say that you can "cut" fuel consumption instead of "Replace" in order to get them to accept it. It's just a thought. Did they give you a reason why they rejected your application? I'd like to know what they said and why.

Consider contacting T. Boone Pickens to see if you can get some research money. He's probably as bad as the others because he's an oil man. But, it's worth a try. What about the boys at PANACEA.ORG? Do they have any cash they can grant for work?
