Who ever asked me if I needed some 430 SS wire 30AWG ...please ask me again!!! I promise a different answer! If anyone knows Dankie, PLEASE tell him I need some of his wire and to email me.

I'm going to work on getting two different bifilar inductors wound with a specific resistance of 11.6KOhm and 11.6Mohm, one like the book says and one like the water impedance says.

Stan was always reading his hamster bible I bet. I know I do.

I was reading the ARRL handbook and I was looking up some shit on making inductors/chokes, resistance values per inch, and bidirectional and mutial coupling reactances when I had a brain fart...these aren't just bifilar inductors/chokes...these smell like in-line transformers!!! And sure as shit I found that it was.

Above is a core wrapped bifilar. Below is a shell wrapped bifilar.

Transformer: Two coils having mutial inductance.

Hybrib Combiner: An application of a combination transmission line or directional-coupler transformer and conventional coupled-coiled arrangement. ...or what I like to call an in-line impedance matching transformer.

The optimal setup is a 1:1 bifilar with reactive resistance using an over lapping wind. The transformer design I favor as being like Stan's is called a Balun transformer (BALanced or UNbalanced). Baluns may be used in impedance transforming and isolation. They are called inductors/chokes too. This wiki picture looks exactly like what I'm already using!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choke_electronics , but it's not a Balun. So I guess I'm going to make/buy a few baluns and see what happens (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balun).

If you still aren't sure what the hell I'm talking about, well I'm talking about what people seem to have a hard time grasping because they ain't reading the damn ARRL handbook.....impedance matching to the highest Q. Basically... making the perfect LRC.

I read that Dankie has some of this 430 ss coated wire and wants 300$ for 1 pound. I think I need a pound so I can send it to someone and have a professional Balun made (or I'll do it). I just found out Dankie is not at the forum I was going to contact him at, so now I have to hunt for him. Are you reading this Dankie? Please send me an email dude! kevin@waterforfuel.com

The Dodge is still not running right, but I may have fixed. I thought I found the issue Wednesday. When I first started the Dodge it ran great so I decided to run it untill it started fouling up and trouble shoot it on the spot. When it started giving me trouble I pulled over and jumped out. I checked under the hood and then layed on the ground and looked up. I couldn't see anything wrong and as I scanned back towards the rear of the vehicle I see the catalytic converter was glowing red hot. I thought it was a plugged up catalytic converter, so I cut the cat off and ran a straight pipe. The Dodge sounded better and perked up, but when I threw it in drive it crapped out again. I removed the ignition coil tonight and tested it. It was ok, but the condensor that connected to it was dead. The truck won't run without the condensor working. So I have ordered it and I await its arrival.

The Trooper is almost wired up and is running like a champ! I'm at least 90% finsihed now with the conversion. I got the wfc tubes mounted, got the electrical almost wired up, and I'll got a new starter on it for long cranking. I need some more hose, another high pressure fuel pump, some pressure controls, and a water reservoir. I don't want to scavange off the bench top model because I need it to test with. I got those new caps too so when the Trooper is finished being wired up I'll run a test from it for yall.

When I become President, can I bitch slap people that need it like Bernie Mack did when he was vice president for Chris Rock?

kevin i would love for you to join ionizationx.com.....i know dankie and can get you some 430 ss wire....i might be able to give you half of mine and a balun core if you need it for free.

    keep in touch.

Kevin wrote " hell yes. Well how much do you have? If it's not enough to make 1 bifilar balun I may wait and get my own full lenght wire. I don't want to take anything that you may be using either...but I'd sure love a sample of it!!! Thanks so much again !"

I've been following you for some time now. Like what your doing. But I have one question. Is your Doge running on hho.Do you have anything running on hho yet.

    Hello kevin

I am looking for ferrite. I found ferrite E cores that i use for my step up transformer and ferrite rods that i use for my inductors. But i can't find any teriodal ferrite cores that are larger than an 1". If you know of any place that sells them please tell me where.

Kevin wrote " I don't know either brotha... I don't use anything larger than 1 inch. I have gotten them on EBay, so maybe there are some there."

Hi Kevin, you need 430 steel wire SS wire 30AWG ...? that would have been me a long while back. It wouldn't have been important back then, but as you're so close now..... Yes I still do have 2 big reels of 430F, a small ammount tripple coated with HyMol Pyre ML. Impossible to buy, had to build own horizontal oven complete with enameling dies and heating elements to cure the stuff. Worth it though, you can't make a true VIC without it! 100 turns of diameter 3/4" meter out @ 400 Ohms, so to get to 11.6Kohm you'll need to 27 layers, each layer 100 turns!!! WFC-426 page 7-5 calls for this wire then to be insulated with Polyurethane jacket. Double bummer!! I found for winding Bi-Filar prototypes, nylon fishing line works OK to get the separation, then coat the whole thing with 5 layers of HiMol ML, cure at room temperature for 24 hours between layers. Final bake in the over 100C for 10mins. Stan sure was without doubt a sheer perfectionist, his work flawless, but a tough act to follow. Tesla would have been proud of him as this takes the close coupled coil to perfection (Tesla presented a similar coil design to the New York Academy of Science on April 6th 1897). Bear in mind the 11.2K Ohm is required in a VIC for the "Instant Explosion of Water", far fewer turns are needed for efficient gas generator. But as everyone has now seen water can be ignited with a stock ignition coil + diodes, the holy grail is for a VIC for instant explosion of water. We all need this to work, we can't survive forever on those hobby HHO generators ;o) Let me know what you need... Cheers, Steve

Hi Kevin, I'd would like to know how to make an efficient gas generator?

Did you get your inner (.5) and outer (.75) mixed up, or am I stoopid?

Thanks for your u-tb video and explanation of your work. IF YOU TAKE YOUR INFRA-RED THERMOMETER AND POINT IT AT THE EXH-PORTS OF THE ENGINE WHILE IT'S RUNNING,IT SHOULD MAYBE READ LOWER TEMPS FOR CYLS THAT ARE FOULED OUT?

IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN ACQUIRE THE PIECES/PARTS TO USE ON MY OLD BUICK REGAL (LIKE YOU'RE DOING FOR YOUR DODGE)
HERE AROUND ST. LOUIS, MO? I'm not rich~
